recently upgraded to firefox 2.0.0.11 on iMac OSX 10.2.8 and now is running very slowly. thanks for any advice to speed it up.

How much RAM do you have in the machine? Firefox requires at least 128 MB, and more is better. It's also a good idea to not have many apps running if you are on an older Mac.
