VisualHub (http://www.techspansion.com/visualhub/buyit.php) ($23.32) or QuickTime Pro (http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore?productLearnMore=D3380Z/A) ($29.99) to convert a movie file to mpeg4 & HandBrake (http://handbrake.fr/) (free) to convert DVDs to mpeg4. both have presets for iPod Touch.

Not a DVD just a file off of my computer. A program like Videora.

When I was on Windows, Videora seemed pretty good.

Why do you want a new program?

Use Videora.
It is a well rounded converting program.
