iPod Shuffling specific playlist?

With my 160 classic, I want to be able to shuffle the songs just in a specific playlist. Is there a way to do this?

Either I hit "Shuffle Songs" and it cycles through the entire iPod or I select the playlist and it just plays alphabetically.
