iPod nano not responding, need help. Over

I have a collection of iPods and over christmas I received two new Nanos. This is my second time plugging one in and nothing happened. i let it charge for an hour but still, nothing. Will not turn on, its not recognized by computer. And at this point its screwed. Any suggestions besides bringing it to apple.:apple:

What gen nano, and what OS?

You're using USB, right?

Have you tried another port, or another computer?
