Advice on buying a Power Mac

I'm looking to buy a Power Mac to use as a file server. What would you expect to pay for a machine with the following specs? I'm in the UK...

PowerMac G4 QS
733MHz
512MB Ram
60GB Hard Drive
OSX Tiger
Has a CD Drive (not sure if it's dvd) but the seller said it's not lined up correctly with the case so may not work

Thanks. Looking on ebay (which is where I got the specs from), the above machine is on sale for £130 shipped. It's slightly more than I hoped to pay for a machine to use just as a server but I'm trying to negotiate to around £115 shipped.

Would this be a good price?
