Airport Mac/PC wireless networking?

Can I use an Airport Extreme Base Station to create a wireless network between my iMac and a PC laptop with an 802.11g card in it?

yes you can because airport is what the pc people call 802.11b or wi-fi, but u will also need a wireless card for your pc. make sure its 802.11b or 802.11g (wi-fi) aswell
