textmate, how can i use syntax highlighting for perl?

i just downloaded the free trial and heard lots of good things about it.
I dont see it in the list of templates. I see it in the Bundles, but i didn't see anything about syntax highlighting or anything. can someone please help? thanks.

If you save your file with a .pl extension it should recognize it automatically. If not, there's a pulldown list at the bottom of the screen where you can select it. Save the file and then afterwards it should open files with the same extension with that highlighting.
