You can check it; when you pre-order. If you want a remote control with your macbook air, you'll need to pay 19 $.. what's this?

Well i never, that remote is actually more expensive in USA then over here in the uk, we only pay £9 for it, oh we are lucky! a 66p saving

I'm pretty sure this is a bug with the store: the Macbook Air doesn't seem to have an IR sensor.

see if you have one lying around. I almost never use the one on my iBook.

you can actually see the ir sensor on the front to the right of the pulsing sleep light in the mba ad. there's a really good shot of it at the beginning.
