Wait until Macworld 2009 when they are going to be 1 lb, only .16 inches at the thickest, have the new monte carlo/rio dejanerio intel processors running quad core at 4.5ghz, but only the size of a proton, super duper green ray optical drives without any hindrance to design specs...

^ LOL. Seriously, they'll probably be put on the six-month upgrade track, like the other laptops. Which means a Macbook bought in 2006 will still be faster than the base MBA until perhaps 2009.
