iPod touch Commentary tracks?

So, from the keynote..the new iPhone 1.1.3 (and by default the Touch) has the ability to store a video that has multiple language (audio) tracks. So my question is...how do I get a director's commentary track into an mp4 file which I can now toggle on my iPod Touch?
