View Full Version : If you buy the 5 App upgrade, don't erase your iPod touch after!

I did this from the settings menu... I erased all of my settings to defaults as well as all the content (so I could restore from a Backup on my Mac to have my bookmarks back in place and stuff) and now all the apps I bought with the $19.99 are gone and I can't figure out how to get them back without re-buying them.

I already did a restore and after a few syn they are back here

Check you have iTunes 7.6 and iPod Touch 1.1.3 - then sync

I tried that! But, the thing is... I didn't "backup" my iPod before I erased it. I erased it FROM the iPod itself.

how would one back up the apps?
or the Ipod?

If it isn't working contact iTunes support.

Email apple the usally will let you once let u redownload but after that your out of luck so if the let you redownload back up emidetly
