click to enlarge to see what im talking about, in the quicktime yellow bar, it says forbidden!😱

i got on the old PC Dell laptop and it worked!! i have parental controls on, but ONLY for web content filtering, and apple is on my exception list just in case, does anyone know what could be causing this?

i got on my dads mbp. i put parental controls, same thing, web content filtering, ONLY, but didnt put apple on the exception list. didnt work, i got on the admin account on the computer, it worked, on the managed account it still says "forbidden" and has a longer wait, it says "waiting for media"

should i add events.apple.com to the exceptions? i thought when you add a website it also adds its sub domains.

Transport

I couldn't watch Macworld until I turned off UDP and went with TCP.

System Preferences, QuickTime.
Advanced. Transport Setup: Click it. Select Custom...
Change protocol to HTTP.
OK.
