I'm new to Mac and having a terrible time copying a CD. The CD contains a player.html file that has video and sound. It is not protected and I'm allowed to make copies. In fact, I'm expected to make copies, but I can't. I've followed the instructions in the Help window but it didn't work. Please help before I throw my Mac out the window. Thanks in advance.

Is it a music "CD"?
Can you rip it with iTunes?
If it has copy protection that means it cannot be ripped with iTunes then it isn't actually a CD (according to the specifications), and you should take it back as its been mis-sold.
