Hi,

Do you know where I can buy an imac with out paying tax and shipping?

Apple.com and Apple.ca won't charge you shipping, but you WILL have to pay tax.

Other than that, buying a used iMac privately would be your only option in regards to avoiding tax.

True, Amazon ships for free and doesn't charge sales tax, but their iMacs ship with Tiger (10.4), not Leopard (10.5), OS.
