They look the same, but aside from the variations in ports & optical drive bay slots, are the dimensions of the G5 case the same as the Mac Pro?

I looked around the interweb and here's what I found:

G5:
20.1 x 8.1 x 18.7 (according to Everymac.com (http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/powermac_g5/stats/powermac_g5_1.8.html))
Mac Pro:
20.1 x 8.1 x 18.7 (again, according to Everymac.com (http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/mac_pro/stats/mac-pro-eight-core-2.8-2008-specs.html) and also confirmed at Apple (http://www.apple.com/macpro/specs.html))

The reason it's important to me is that I'm considering picking up one of these (http://www.powersupportusa.com/products/pm/rs51.php), and possibly one of these (http://www.powersupportusa.com/products/pm/rg51.php) for my new baby.

Can anyone confirm that the structural dimensions (especially the contours) are identical?
