Screen Sharing question

is there another way to screen share other than while using iChat. I don't usually use iChat i'm more of an Adium person.
 
Well, on the same network you can screen share anybody with VNC on.

Otherwise, you can only screen share fellow Leopard owners via iChat.

However, there is no downside to having iChat and Adium open at the same time.
