This is certainly interesting. Wonder how Apple will handle this when implementing iTMS for Europe?

Well, at least they're not filing a lawsuit against apple yet. I think apple will just wait and see what happens to microsoft and if there's a fee to pay to establish itms in europe then I'm willing to bet that they'd pay it. Assuming that it's not some outstanding number.
