lost mail

i lost mail
when i click mail
i get the mail background.
and the spinning wheel
may be my kids trashed something?
i did not.
tiger ox .mac
tried install disk to disk utility repair disk ect.
no luck
help!!
 
There's just one. In your Library/Preferences folder. (Don't delete the Library/Mail folder!)

Just drag the preference file to your desktop, then launch Mail. You can always put the file back if that wasn't the problem.
