Edit - I'm sleepy and mispelled the title :)

I'm not sure if its the Radeon 9600 Pro in my G5, or my LCD monitor... but I've never had problems w/ tearing in any 3-D games until I combined the two... I even get it with the Flurry 3-D screensaver. Does anyone have any advise on how to fix it? I know turning Vsync on in some 3-D games helps... but that's not exactly an option for my screensavers...

Just curious, what are the specs of your monitor? I.E. pixel response rate, etc.

Its a Samsung 172T.

Here are the specs:

There aren't any drivers for my card... I think the videocard is falling out of sync w/ my LCD... any advise?

Okay, I've been playing around for awhile, and it seems that it only happens when its hooked up via DVI, and not VGA (through a DVI port w/ a converter).

I tried Quake III on my PC with my other 172T Samsung, and it does the same thing.

Is there a known tearing problem w/ DVI? Everything is just fine w/ VGA though :-/
