Spell Checking

Hi,
If I one to use Lithuanian spell checking in Mac, I must install CocoaSpell. But is it possible to add dictionaries directly to Mac OS X integrated speller? It already comes with several languages, so I assume there should be a place where all dictionaries are kept.

I would like to start making dictionary, but I just can not find how I should add it to system. Any ideas?
