View Full Version : Problems purchasing AppPack

Hey there.

Throughout today, I have trying to buy the App Pack from iTunes for my 1.1.3 iPod touch.

The problem is, when I click 'Buy Software', it takes me to an agreement page. I click agree, and it asks for my password. After completing that, it takes me to the billing info page, with no error messages, and all my info is correct. I click done on that page when I have checked everything, and it takes me back to the Info page on the update.

I have since tried it with another card, and it doesn't work. I am in the UK using iTunes UK and two UK debit cards.

They should be on your iPod Touch now, they are just unlocked from the firmware, so they should be working.

Sync your touch and then log it off >Your new apps should now be on it.

I've just synced it, and it shows no new apps or any other of the features which you pay for...

I even restarted the iPod and nothing. Nothing has download from Apple either.
