Quick question: Can Apple Tv upscale? i would like to purchase 1 and rip my dvds to them, however my ps3 upscales my dvds and they look amazing so i dont want to get back to normal dvd quality, just wondered whether Apple Tv can upscale my videos?

Yes the Apple TV upscales content to whatever resolution you connect to your TV. However I don't know how well it does in comparison to a PS3.
