Ok, I am confused, I really want to order a mic and be able to make calls through my touch, but I don't know anything about well.....anything at all. What I need most is to know is if there is a software thing like Asterisk (or maybe Asterisk) to make phone calls, or does Asterisk do this. All in all, what do I need to get set up to make calls, and for free (if possible??). As you may be able to see, I am completely lost on everything.
