Just came across this update to another rumor article:

I'm not a developer so I can't try out airdisk on my mac as I don't have the latest developer build, but maybe someone can confirm or reject this rumor?
 
I thought you could already use AppleShare volumes with Time Machine?

I haven't tried it, but I'm sure I read something that said you could backup to another machine running Leopard...

Then again, I may have read that in the same place that said Airport Disk would work with Time Machine...
