I'm about to make the switch from Windows, so I apologize if this is a dumb question, but is it possible to do video conference between a Mac with iSight and a PC with a web cam? What software would the Mac and PC use? I know iSight isn't compatible on the PC, but I'm hoping that I can keep in touch with my PC friends with a superior camera when I make the switch.
