help! my mac keeps booting from setup assistant

my dock disappeared so I hard shutdown my mac. then I pressed the power button and it keeps bringing me to setup assistant.

I cannot get past this I keep entering the info which I dont know why I am, then I go around in circles round & round

HELP 😱
