I have been participating in the one to one support subscription at my local Apple store. I have been there a few times over the last two months and have found the consultants by the most part useful. I was there today and saw something I was uncertain about what to think. After working one to one with a customer for the required hour...a customer at the opposite side of my table tipped his consultant $10 and he took it.....is this something customers should be doing with their one to one consultants in the store, is this optional or is it not allowed?......thanks,
