SmoothCam in Final Cut Express

Does anyone know if there is a SmoothCam function in Final Cut Express 4? I'm guessing that it's not in there, which is unfortunate as it tends to benefit us amateurs quite a bit. Is there a plug-in available anywhere?

As far as I can see (just looked through FCE 4) there is no smoothcam option in there, but you are right, it would be a good idea. Off now to google it and see if there is a plug-in.
