am i right in thinking that when the sdk is released we can load all the new apps on free of charge, iv just got off the phone to apple to see if i can blag the update free as i bought my touch today but no joy.
good thing i only paid £212 for it lol, i love ebay powersellers

I doubt that very much, would imagine digitally signed for security and also copyright anyway.

I think a lot of people have no idea what an SDK is.
 
It is unsure what applications can be made with the SDK, and how they will be available/distributed. Don't expect full freedom from Apple.
