is this possible (webclips related)

is there a way to check if a site has a preset webclip, while browsing on a computer. like in safari if you press apple+option+a, it will bring up an activity window. is there a way to view a webclip?

well if you want to you can put /apple-touch-icon.png after the url and if it has one you can see it.
