is it possible to access my computer through telekinesis while not on my home wifi network, i.e. while at school or on another wifi network? and if it is how would i do this?

yes, you can do this, as long as you have you router set up to do the correct port-forwarding. I have done this with my home network with an airport over both wifi and edge. However, weirdly for me, telekinesis isn't currently working for me even on my home network.
