extra stick of MPB RAM into a PB G4?

i just upgraded to 3GB of ram for my MPB in my sig. i now have an extra 1GB stick of 667 mhz DDR2 memory.

can i put that stick into a 1.5 Ghz aluminum PowerBook G4? will it clock down and work fine, etc... or would that be a really bad idea?
