Hi

I am in a new MBP, 1 month ago.

Currently, Mail is not working at all.

I can open it and the emais downloads to my mac, but whenever I try to open a mail the program crashes.

I cant actually use it! I erased RSS stuff because i thought it was that and the problems exist still.

What can I do?

Sounds like something got corrupted.

Try deleting the plist file from this location:

/Users/username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist

Don't actually delete it, just close mail, using finder find this plist file, then drag it to the desktop then relaunch mail. Mail will re-create it.

If it's ok, delete the plist that you put on your desktop.

Let us know how it goes.

Hmm, try dragging the preferences file to the desktop, its located in [Home Dir]/Library/Preferences, and is called com.apple.mail.plist

Wow.

Well, its been an hour since I did what you tell me guys.

Its working!! Even uploaded RSS again and I can see any mail or RSS again without no problem so far.

Truly thank you!!
