I just bought my first iMac and absolutly loving it, i just had one quick question, in my old windows computer (which has now been turned into a HTPC) i had 3 SATAII hard drives 320GB, 400GB and 500 GB, now the case of the HTPC only allows for one HD so im left with a spare 320GB and 400GB hard-drive. I was just wondering what is the best way to attach those two drives in one enclosure to the iMac?

How about this? You can do

Hardware RAID 0 (As shipped from OWC)
Mirror RAID 1
Spanning
Single Drive (2 drives installed / 2 separate drives mounted)

I think you are looking for the last one in the list.
