Panther Ordered 10/12 Order Still "Open"

I upgraded to Panther via the up-to-date 'flaw' or not flaw as I bought a 15" PB before the cutoff date.

I ordered it on 10/12 and it still lists my order as "open." Has anyone else recieved confirmation or has an order status of completed?

Just wondering what's going on...

Panther isn't being released until 10/24/2003 @ 8pm. If you pre-ordered, then you should receive Panther the night of 10/24.

I was aware of that but I also heard that in order to recieve it on 10/24... you order had to be processed before a certain date

"open" just means that the product has not yet shipped. my order is still open too, but i'm hoping that by choosing the cheap-o 5 day, it will be shipped a few days early and maybe arrive before the 24th (although it will probably just arive 5 days late)
