Anyone else having trouble sending SMS.....

.....international. Over the past week the phone has stopped sending SMSes to international numbers. It receives them fine but when I try to send it says error sending message.

However my Treo sends these messages just fine. I've done a reset, restart etc but no dice. Running 1.1.2 with O2 UK

iPhone 1.1.3 on O2.
