I noticed a noise in my imac when it's accessing data. its hard to describe it, i would say kind of "static" in a way. this might have started after I installed new memory in both slots. I thought I installed them correctly and my computer recognizes them and status says OK for both. sounds like the noise is coming from the bottom where the RAM is. im worried that maybe I didn't install the memory right and may have damaged them.
