iPod Sentivity Click Wheel Nano 3G

I just bought a silicon case for my brand new iPod Nano 3G 8GB,
but the click wheel doesn't detect movement from "Fwd" to "Play/pause" angle when it's on. 😡Is there some kind of easy fix for this? Is it a Hw problem? Can I send ipod to warranty assistance?

If it works when the case is off it is not a hardware problem. Try it without the case on and if it works, then the problem is the case.

They do not offer technical support for a case🙂
