Go for it...there's always going to be "something new coming," but I think with the recent release of the MBA it shouldn't be soon enough that you'd regret buying.

Uninstall it from your MBP and you won't violate the EULA.

Just go for it if you need/want it, won't be another update on the MacBook until may/june.
