when i start parallels up my macbook intel duo 2 this message has shown up for a long time, i found the file and it is where it is supposed to be, what should i do. heres the message:

more.. i tink i have another problem concerning this, i have a screenshot, this additional error message shows up when i shut down. it shows me the mssg then restarts when it supposed to be shutting down..
