Moving Library?

I know this is probably easy but I am not sure of the procedure.

I want to move the library from one drive to another.

Do I just copy the library to the new location in Finder and tell iTunes where it is located, or is there a way within iTunes to do this?

As in an external drive?

If so i think you can consolidate library to ex hard drive and it does it for you automatically.
