im getting this problem with my macbook using a external screen. i know its not my mointor.
i think it maybe the graphic driver or the port as cable fell out my external screen port very badly few days ago but if i change resolution it fixes it for a while.
it does do it all the time but requires/reboot/resolution change
for now ive put my macbook on the lowest res and external on highest 1650x1050
how can i turn off my macbook screen to see if it fixes the problem i tryed closing the lid which uts the mac to sleep but wireslles/key/mouse dont wake it up....
