1.1.3 With Non-o2/AT&T sims

Helloo!
Sorry to ask what appears to be such a simple question that has probably been answered before but...
If i am running 1.1.2 Jailbroken on a non-iPhone contract o2 sim then will upgrading to 1.1.3 and then re-jailbreaking that still allow me to use that o2 sim for calls and texts or does the new firmware stop this from happening??

If you have unlocked your iPhone while in 1.1.2 - then 1.1.3 the unlock should stay through the 1.1.3 update. (Mine did!)

I have not "unlocked" it (as in to other carriers than o2) but i Jailbreaked it and it worked with my o2-Simplicity sim.

Can you confirm that this is what you also did?
