Safari Video Help?

I have trouble viewing videos with safari on the web. in this place of the video, there is usually a light blue "lego brick" with a question mark. how can i fix this and watch videos.

it also give me a warning that i may need to download plugins, but im not sure which ones to get if I even need any?

If you get a lego brick you certainly need something. Try flip4mac for WMV and Perian for everything else.

Try this:
Dump your cache, quit Safari.
Go to Quicktime Preferences and turn off "Save Movies in Disk Cache"

Worked for me.
