Okay so ii have a 1.1.1 jailbroken ipod touch and i want to know where can i download a patch/app that lets me edit and alter calender events. And help? Also provide needed sources if required.

Go under the "Tweaks (1.1.1)" category in installer and install "Touch Calendar Fix"
