Buying a MacBook...

Hello everyone! 🙂

I'm considering to buy a new MacBook this Spring. So please tell me, when will the new version of MacBook will be out (Early 2008) so I know until when I'll need to wait! I'm actually a PC user, been using a PC my whole life, now I want a change and MacBook + Leopard seems amazing.

They were updated in November of last year so we won't see updates for a while...my guess is May or June. Now is a good time to buy.

So far, one can only speculate as to when Apple will release the next MacBook. You might want to watch this page: MacRumors MacBook Buyers Guide

That's actually when I'm planning to buy it, around May-June. Why do you think that now is a "good time to buy"? And will the price be higher on the new version?

The prices seem to stay the same. The low-end model usually goes for $1099 and the high-end (BlackBook) seems to go for $1499, no matter the specs.
