How to generate uncompressed audio stream?

Well you need an to stream the media, but it will create lossless audio. Your question wasn't particularly helpful. So you want an application to broadcast lossless audio, not create it?

Yes, with 'generate' I meant broadcast. I would use that to supply e.g. a Logitech Squeezebox with sound coming directly from the CD drive. (which is not possible up tp now)

Secondly, the reason why you aren't getting answers that help you is because you haven't put any energy into trying to write a clear question with specific details about what you're trying to achieve and the details of which hardware and software you're using or have available.

Hmm, than I think the subject is too complicated for me.
I just wanted to broadcast or generate (or what ever, don't know how to call it) an audio stream (just like IP radio) which is not limited to mp3 quality but has the full audio CD quality (e.g NiceCast limits to 320 kbps). I can't describe that more in detail and I thought that is not necessary. I am just looking for an alternative to NiceCast without the quality limitation - that should be a quite clear requirement.

Additionally I don't understand what "bump posts" mean. My English is not that good.
So let's forget the whole thing.
