They had just asked me for my TOEFL score in a class. And when I took the test I never checked my score (I just saw I approved😛), but now that I see the 623 I am wondering if it is a good score.

Anyone here familiar with the score system?

I believe most Universities in the US want at least a 600, so I would assume that means you can speak english at a collegiate level.

I need a good source to practice paper based toefl

Hello
Can you help me?
I need a good source to practice pbt especially section 2 for grammar. I need score 600
thank you

While I'm not totally familiar with the test, the top score is 677. And 623 is a very good score.
I think generally speaking british universities require a score of 550-600 for entry.
So you did well!

I also thought that the score was only valid for 2 years..but i may be wrong on this. Like i say, I'm no expert on the test.

TOEFL? I remember taking that exam, but I don't remember it having any bearing on admissions to colleges back in my day (late 80s). Maybe it does if you're a non-native English speaker or something.

I can't imagine how far baseline TOEFL scores have dropped over the past 20 years, seeing as how so few people display any aptitude for proper spelling or grammar anymore.
