Is there anyway to get webcam hooked up with msn for mac??

Not with the offical MSN messenger, no, but if you download Adium there is a web-based plugin which works pretty well.

Also you could try aMSN, which has webcam features built in. 🙂

there is also mercury.

If you want full chat get skype wich is crossplatform and supports video and audio. Your contacts will have to use skype also.

Sorry if this sounds dumb but... if i get Adium will that allow me to talk to msn people? and will it import the contact list??

:S why they would not add webcam support to msn

yes you can talk to msn contacts and if the contacts arer already added as your friends for that address then they will be there still.
