I just switched and bought a new 12" Powerbook with combo-drive. So far my only disappointment has been the combo-drive. Several CD's, were not recognized by the drive. Admittedly they were pretty beaten-up, but they worked on my friend's HP laptop. Is there any way to make the drive read slower or something? So that it reads even beaten up CD's?
Other than this, my experience has been great!! I think the powerbook is great value!! Esp with the awesome student discount, 70$ Ipod, and free printer
